Pour cela, son CV r\u00e9v\u00e8le des atouts concrets : notamment une formation \u00e0 la conduite de chariots-\u00e9l\u00e9vateurs (CACES), des exp\u00e9riences en manutention et un profil manuel du fait de sa formation initiale \u00e0 la menuiserie. Pourtant, il peine \u00e0 transformer ces comp\u00e9tences en CDI. En tant que mentor du jeune homme, mon r\u00f4le a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aider \u00e0 b\u00e2tir son plan d\u2019action, et non pas le mien, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technique de <strong>l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elecyt.org\/blog\/2022\/10\/19\/lentretien-motivationnel-et-le-mentorat-en-insertion-professionnelle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entretien motivationnel<\/a><\/strong>. Voici, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, ma d\u00e9marche illustr\u00e9e de dialogues au cours de nos conversations.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Reconna\u00eetre la maturit\u00e9 pour l\u2019action : les signes du \u00ab\u00a0discours changement\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Avant tout, le passage \u00e0 l\u2019action \u00e9merge souvent d\u2019une convergence entre le quoi (le plan d&rsquo;action), le pourquoi l&rsquo;importance de passer \u00e0 l\u2019action) et le comment (la confiance en ses capacit\u00e9s pour r\u00e9ussir). De fait, avant de construire un plan ensemble, je me demande si Benito est pr\u00eat \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager. Plusieurs signes observ\u00e9s lors de nos \u00e9changes indiquent qu&rsquo;il envisage de passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;action. En effet, dans son discours, il exprime du <strong>discours-changement<\/strong> dans lequel il affirme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u2019une part, son d\u00e9sir de changer : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Travailler dans un entrep\u00f4t, c\u2019est dynamique. J\u2019aime l\u2019id\u00e9e de g\u00e9rer des flux comme un puzzle !\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autre part, sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 changer : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Mon stage chez SATC prouve que je ma\u00eetrise la r\u00e9ception de colis.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/li>\n<li>De plus, ses raisons pour changer: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Avec mon CACES, j\u2019ai enfin un atout pour sortir de l\u2019int\u00e9rim.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Enfin, son besoin de changer : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je veux un salaire fixe pour louer mon appart quand j&rsquo;aurai quitt\u00e9 l&rsquo;ASE.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par ailleurs, son <strong>discours-maintien dans le statu quo<\/strong> diminue. Alors que ses doutes initiaux (\u00ab\u00a0<em>Les bo\u00eetes recrutent seulement les exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>) ont c\u00e9d\u00e9 la place \u00e0 : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Mon formation de deux mois compte autant qu\u2019une exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;un an.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, il montre une attitude <strong>r\u00e9solue<\/strong> quand il sourit en d\u00e9crivant son stage chez SATC : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Quand le chef m\u2019a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 pour la rapidit\u00e9 du tri, j\u2019ai senti que c\u2019\u00e9tait mon domaine.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En outre, il se <strong>projette<\/strong> dans le futur: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Dans 2 ans, je me vois chef d\u2019\u00e9quipe. M\u00eame si je dois faire les 3&#215;8 au d\u00e9but.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour terminer, il \u00e9voque des <strong>\u00e9tapes concr\u00e8tes<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je pourrais relancer le manager de SATC \u2013 il m\u2019avait dit de reprendre contact.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de ces \u00e9changes, j&rsquo;ai surtout reformul\u00e9 et r\u00e9sum\u00e9 son discours changement pour renforcer sa motivation. En somme, tous ces signaux confirment qu\u2019il est temps de passer \u00e0 la <strong>planification br\u00e8ve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Pr\u00eat \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action ? la m\u00e9thode de la planification br\u00e8ve<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>La planification br\u00e8ve est une m\u00e9thode efficace, enseign\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants de m\u00e9decine pour encourager les futurs patients \u00e0 prendre en charge leur traitement. Cela \u00e9tant dit, elle s&rsquo;adapte sans probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l&rsquo;insertion professionnelle. Concr\u00e8tement, elle se d\u00e9roule en 5 \u00e9tapes, r\u00e9alisables en quelques minutes :<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Premi\u00e8rement, \u00e9tape 1 : commencer par une question d\u2019ouverture <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Moi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Benito, y a-t-il une petite action pour ton projet que tu aimerais r\u00e9aliser d\u2019ici vendredi ?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Benito : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Oui&#8230; Envoyer 5 candidatures \u00e0 des entrep\u00f4ts pr\u00e8s de Bobigny, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ensuite \u00e9tape 2 : Transformer l&rsquo;action en objectif SMART (Sp\u00e9cifique, Mesurable, Atteignable, R\u00e9aliste, Temporellement d\u00e9fini)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Moi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Top ! Pour le rendre pr\u00e9cis : quelles entreprises ? Comment jugeras-tu que tu as obtenu le r\u00e9sultat attendu<\/em> ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Benito : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je ciblerai Norauto, FM Logistics et Leroy Merlin. Cette question est facile si tu l\u2019as bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en amont.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Par ailleurs, soulever un probl\u00e8me pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des solutions<\/strong> Vous encouragez ainsi la personne \u00e0 trouver elle-m\u00eame des solutions, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re du discours changement. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, proposer des solutions \u00e0 sa place peut renforcer le discours maintien (\u00ab\u00a0<em>J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9, \u00e7a ne marche pas\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Moi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Et si une entreprise te dit : Vous n\u2019avez que des stages comme exp\u00e9rience professionnelle ?<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Benito : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je r\u00e9pondrai que mes stages montrent que j\u2019apprends vite \u2013 comme quand j\u2019ai ma\u00eetris\u00e9 la scie circulaire en 2 jours chez Az Bois.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Moi\u00a0: valorisant son effort \u00ab\u00a0<em>Tu viens de trouver une r\u00e9ponse parfaite !<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le discours confiance appara\u00eet, il est essentiel \u00a0le soutenir par des :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Questions ouvertes (ex. : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Comment pourriez-vous r\u00e9agir si\u2026<\/em> ?\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>Valorisations (souligner les comp\u00e9tences et les efforts).<\/li>\n<li>Reflets (reformuler le discours-changement).<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sum\u00e9s motivants : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Benito, tu as un CACES r\u00e9cent, des exp\u00e9riences en manutention, et cette envie de sortir de l\u2019int\u00e9rim.
